micromax canvas 2 plus a110q does detect 3g signals but not 2g

I have micromax canvas 2 plus a110q. The funny thing is that my mobile detects only 3g signals but not 2g. When i switch to (2g only) i receive no signals, but with 3g every thing is fine and goes well.
I have tried different SIM's. Even in the network settings i get the list of 3g services but not 2g. I have flashed my android with stock rom and even with custom rom's but the problem persists.
Can someone please help.......

Cant connect Samsung s2 plus to pc

Hello frinds,

I cant connect my s2 plus to pc
Tried reinstalling kies and drivers

When i try to connect i get a message "SAMSUNG mobile USB Composite Device Faild"
now when i connect to pc, it only charing, not even showing usb option

I think there is problem with PhoneUtil

I think i changed it for some purpose

How to configure it ?
I have options
UART
Modem
PDA

USB
MODEM
PDA

Or any other problem ?
