I have a LG G2 Mini D618 5.0.2 V20A stock and i want V20E

Sorry for bad english, i have this version 5.0.2 V20A with carrier costomization and i want to install a stock 5.0.2 V20E
can i do this without unlock bootloader or root? Thank you
