I have an alcatel one touch ultra idol 6033m.
something happend, don't know what and why, and suddenly the antivirus said i have a trojans. a lot of apps downloaded themselves into my smartphone and now i have no access to my device, because there is an error message all the time on the screen that comes back right after i close it. (tried hard reset- didn't do anything)
I want to delete everything and make the device as new, like it just came out of the box so all the problems will go away.
what to do? change the rom? burn firmware?
