Note 1 - Use in Canada. You can use Hulu Plus outside of the USA by using an unblocking service such as UnblockUS. You can also sign up with a Canadian credit card by using this billing address trick.
Note 2 - Ad Blocking Whitelist. Some ad blockers may stop hulu plus from working on rooted devices. Please see the post Using AdAway with Hulu Plus for information on what you need to whitelist to make it work.
