  1. Go to system/csc/feature.xml

  2. Add this at the end of the file:
    Code:
    <CscFeature_SmartManager_ConfigDashboard>dual_dash board</CscFeature_SmartManager_ConfigDashboard>
    </FeatureSet>
    </SamsungMobileFeauture>

  3. Save and full reboot

  4. Go to recovery and flash THIS

  5. Enjoy your Dual Smart Manager
