LG G3 imei and phone model behind the battery and on phone do not match

i bought a lg g3 d855 from OLX. the phone seems great and feature rich. it has inbuilt 32 gb memory and 3 gb ram. but the problem is i can not update software to lollipop as there is no such option in "about phone". also the imei no. and model no. behind the battery shows lg d855 made in korea. the phone also shows the same model in "about phone". but in recovery mode i see the model id is ls 990. also i checked the imei no. at the back over internet which shows ls 990. please tell me what should i do? i get very weak 3g signal but wifi is ok.

S3 IMEI null

Frend told me that his S3 lost IMEI and can't access mobile network or make calls.

His S3 doesn't have warranty.
So I'm looking to flash it to its version.

Help Imei (null) / (null)

By doing an update of CyanogenMod, Moto G xt1069 DTV does not recognize mobile network, with checking the IMEI * # 06 # not appear the number just a number 0. I tried to downgrade 4.4.4 kitkat more unsuccessfully to all other phone functionsIt operates regular least the mobile networks. (yes recognizes the sim cards) :crying:

Problems With S3 IMEI

Hello guys, I need some help. My S3 lost his IMEI. I'm not able to find the EFS folder and I don't have any backup of it. Is there a way to fix it? I want just to go back to my original IMEI. Please help me!!!

Help recovering null IMEI on AT&T Samsung S3.

[Not sure if I am in the right spot in XDA. I am still trying to learn how to navigate the forms: p ]
I have a blank IMEI. I was running CM 12.1 and then I went back to the stock ROM thinking that would work. I tried to get into the service mode via the keypad but it's blank. I do not have the proper cables to connect my phone to my PC.

Note4 IMEI loss on v2.66

I hope both of you are willing to test, because I have not been able to reproduce the issue on my own (international) Note 4 so far.
