HTC desire s custom rom issue

Im new to this flashing rom thing, but i catch on real fast if explaned to well... Anyways i have been trying to install a custom rom which i got from this site as well and when i installed the rom it loads up to the screen and iwas able to configure everything but it stucks after i finish configure it and and it only says loading for hours but wont go away .... Can someone help me please and tell me what to do???

N.B
1. bootloader is already unlocked
2.Phone is rooted
3.Phone is wiped before proceeding to install the rom

HTC Desire 816 w: Is it possible to change it to german language?

Hello,
A friend just got the HTC Desire 816 w, unlikely he didn't knew that this Version does not come with german language. So the question is, can it be changed?
