Think i have bricked my opo past the point of no return

I was having issues flashing cm13 official nightly so I wiped the phone and installed it from scratch, it booted up fine but I was experience the common problem where the sim card wasn't recognized so i looked it up and some one had made an unofficial patch so I rebooted and installed it. When my phone rebooted it was stuck on the cyanogen boot up animation after about an hour I rebooted to try and get it into recovery to start again but after that the phone refused to boot. I read some guides online and they said to leave it charging for six hours and to try again I did and tried to boot again still nothing was happening no led, no vibration, no signs of life, no nothing. I plug it into my windows and it give me and error saying "Windows has stopped this devices because it has reported problems(Code 43) A request for USB device descriptor failed" I check adb then check fast boot nothing, try all of the different button combos still nothing. reboot into Linux every time I do "lsusb" it would hang so I read the kernel log and get this "usb 5-1.1.1: device descriptor read/64, error -110". I read some more and found a edited version of a official windows tool that is meant to unhard brick devices and factory reset so I install its drivers and launch the application it cant see the devices, it seems that qualcomm has a fall-back usb driver that is supposed to work if the phone is not responsive but I don't think my phone is getting to that state. Any thoughts of what I should do or is that the phone done. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
