I'm rooted with the engineering bootloader and running Sow Nice 1.2. Regardless of the ROM, wifi calling is hit-or-miss.
Despite being connected to wifi, if I try to make a call I get "Not registered on Network" but not always. Just usually.
SMS and MMS are equally flaky. I'll be browsing here or Facebook or Reddit, switch to send a text, switch back and get a toast that the message failed to send.
I've tried multiple ROMs but this persists. I'm at my wit's end.
Anyone have any suggestions?
