[HELP] Sony xperia sola triangle with blue exclamation point.

I'm trying to flash my sony xperia sola using flashtool but it always give me error

Don't boot into recovery. Blue stripes

I updated bootloader, Flashed recovery.img via fastboot, press the volume button down with the power button, hold the power button until vibration and the screen is covered with blue stripes. (Vibrates when I touch the screen). What is this? What should I do ?:(
