From M7_WLS to M7_UL, possible?

Hi, I received a WLS phone instead a UL one, now I've one update 5.05.651.2 but the update don't go, red triangle after a reboot!

So my idea is to change the WLS to UL version by unlock the phone, back to UL stock and relock the phone, is that possible?

Any idea or advice?
